Consider ORDINANCE 106, to amend Section 1.05 of the Fairfax Zoning Ordinance of 2000, Fairfax, Iowa.

         a.      Consider motion to suspend the rule requiring that an ordinance be voted on for passage at two council meetings prior to this meeting with respect to ORDINANCE 106
